The event will take place in Tuscany at the farm/hotel (called an Agriturismo in italian) VOLTRONA which belongs to the family of our good friend and ex-roommate, Vera. It is located near the town of San Gimignano and is not far from Florence, Pisa, and Siena. (southwest of Florence).
We will be updating this with more information about where to fly to, car rental info, and other suggestions.
We have arranged that the Agriturismo to be reserved for two nights (the 25th and 26th) but you must contact them to give them your information and payment details. Any additional nights you wish to spend there (or elsewhere) would be up to you to organize, although you can always email me if you have need of advice.
